Revit Dormer Roof

Adding a dormer is easy if you don t care about overlapping geometry or what the interior might look like figure 1.

You can model this in any of the 3 primary roof modelling methods but in the example i have opted to use the roof by extrusion tool. Use it to extend the dormer roof to the main roof.
