Place the tip of your wood glue at the edge of your inner label and squeeze the bottle with light pressure. This film collects dirt and causes your vinyl surface to look dingy and discolored. Place the putty knife under an edge of the tape and begin to push the tape loose. You may need to use a flat straight edge such as a plastic scraper or old credit card to lift the adhesive from the vinyl. When you stick tape onto vinyl it often peels off with ease but you typically are left with a sticky residue from the tape adhesive. Use soft cloth soaked with goo gone.
